With Veteran’s Day just recently occurring, those of us at Kappa Alpha Order, Alpha Omicron chapter, could not think of a better way to serve our community and others, than by giving back to Veterans in an extremely unique way. With the help of Operation K.A.R.E., KA at the University of Arkansas pledges $20,000 and all of our philanthropic efforts to gift a Veteran in need with a track-chair. Although all of us at KAAO will hopefully never understand the pain and sacrifices Veterans make and have made, we hope that the pledge we make is a token of our gratitude and appreciation for the resilience and courage of each and every Veteran that’s served this great nation.
