Join TEAM YABUKI and Run/Walk to raise money for OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center!

Six years ago, my family’s world was shaken when my husband Craig died. The aftermath was like nothing we could have imagined, and we were at a loss for how to navigate this suddenly and dramatically altered reality.

Three months later we found OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center, and with their help, we learned the grieving process is long, painful, and complicated… but also in its own way rewarding. OUR HOUSE gave us hope when we needed it most, and provided a community of other families going through the same thing, many of them farther along on their journey, who could give us insight and perspective we couldn’t find anywhere else.

OUR HOUSE was a lifeline for us, and they continue to be a touchstone as the years pass. I will always be grateful to them. I’m proud to be part of their community, and I hope you’ll join me in supporting them as part of TEAM YABUKI in their annual Walk and Run for Hope. We’ll be participating in memory of Craig, and my family and I would be honored if you’d join us on the course, and/or donate to the cause. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to help Our House fund their invaluable grief support services… and also to have a great time getting outdoors and celebrating hope, community, and Craig’s life.
