Investing in the arts makes sense beyond just the dollars. If you're not convinced of the value of the arts in a person's life or a community's success, over a cup of coffee I will do my darndest to convince you otherwise. In the meantime, would you still consider supporting my love for arts and culture and my incredible community? If I can raise a minimum of $1,000, then I will earn the opportunity to rappel down our SpringHill Suites by Marriott! 

I am the immediate past chair of the Marion Cultural Alliance and when Over the Edge reached out to MCA to see if we might be intersted in partnering with them on this fundraiser, I couldn't help thinking this might also be quite a way to put HDG's newest hotel on the local community map! PLUS our newly opened SpringHill Suites, has a very deliberate connection to local arts as a part of its brand reputation. Win-win-win!

Thanks for considering a donation to my efforts. Beyond their economic impact and being a catalyst for optimal quality of life in our community, the arts are a fundamental, inescapable (but why would you want to) aspect of feeling alive. They challenge us. They take our breath away. They inspire debate. They bring us together.
