Almost ten years ago (2017) I was at the Gibbs Cancer Center for my first visit with a cancer navigator.  I cried holding my breast cancer t-shirt that my friend, Selena, gave me.  I asked my navigator, "How will I know when I can wear my new t-shirt?"  She said "Darling, put your t-shirt on. You were a survivor the second that you received the news of your breast cancer."  I am knocking on the door of 10 years cancer free!  I am loving life and I will be wearing my breast cancer shirt on October 30th.  This is also for my dad, John Tatham, (lost to lung cancer 2 years ago), and for everyone that cancer has touched in some way! Come join me!
