Hi! I'm Kelsey! I am the Director of Operations of Earnest Hospitality, including The Lauber Kitchen & Bar and Manny's Sports Bar in Downtown South Bend! I have spent the better part of 18 years in hospitality, and 8 of those right in the East Bank neighborhood!
I strongly believe that all young people deserve the same opportunities to succeed, and I can't wait to be a part of making a difference! This is my first "Over the Edge" experience, and I am eager to take the leap for our local youth!
