Growing up, soccer and other team sports played a huge role in shaping who I am. They taught me discipline, hard work, consistency, and leadership while helping me grow physically, build confidence, and create some of my closest friendships and favorite memories. As I’ve gotten older, running has continued to challenge me, improve my health, and further my personal growth. Every young person deserves the access and opportunity to experience the same benefits that sports have given me.

This fall, I’ll be running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon in support of Soccer Without Borders, a 4-star Charity Navigator-rated nonprofit that uses soccer to help underserved, refugee, and immigrant youth build confidence, community, and opportunity.
