I’ll be running in the 2026 New York City Marathon, as part of a fundraiser in support of Soccer Without Borders (SWB)!

If you’ve ever believed that soccer is more than just a game, Soccer Without Borders proves it. This organization uses soccer as a universal language to bring young people from all backgrounds together—especially those who’ve recently arrived in new communities and might be feeling a little lost.
Soccer Without Borders isn’t just about scoring goals (though they’re definitely into that too). It’s about building community, creating a sense of belonging, and helping kids find confidence both on and off the field. They blend sports with education, mentorship, and support systems that make a real difference—basically, the kind of stuff that sticks long after the final whistle.
I’m working to raise at least $6,000, which will go directly toward SWB programming—supporting soccer training and equipment distribution, academic support, and community-building activities that will help these incredible kids thrive. And maybe... it will make our world a little better.
I also have a personal goal for the NYC Marathon: I aim to run a Boston marathon qualifying time (sub 3 hour). To make this happen I need to run a lot... I will donate $1 dollar for every kilometer ran in 2026 (and have my work match that amount).
Here's how you can help:
- Donate: Contribute whatever you can. No amount is too small!
- Spread the Word: Share my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks. Let’s spread awareness so we can raise more!
