In December 2024, we broke ground on our first major initiative—the Miracle on Britton, a 28-home project designed to provide housing our local workers can afford. The response has been overwhelming, with over 180 applicants eager for the opportunity to live affordably in the community they work so hard to support.
This groundbreaking effort wouldn’t be possible without key partners like Mountain West Bank, which has provided financing expertise, and Title One, which has ensured smooth title management, paving the way for homeownership. But this initiative is about more than just building homes—it’s about creating a replicable blueprint that can be used to solve housing challenges across our community.
