This is my 4th year participating in the Never Alone Foundation's Paws For a Cause Fundraiser. The first time I was a volunteer dealing with the after effects of Lymphoma and Chemo and the next two as a fundraiser. I have walked and will continue to do so in memory of many individuals both near and dear to my heart. I think of them often and miss them always. I also walk for one amazing Piney Lady who continues to battle with strength beyond measure and for my brother's buddy Buzz.
Nearly everyone has been touched by cancer, either through their personal experience or through someone they love.
I’m participating in the Paws for a Cause Cancer Walk, because I know I am making a difference in the lives of people who are dealing with cancer every day.
