Fred, 4 years old, was rescued by my friend from the side of I-25 in December when he was only 6 months old. His previous people had decided they did not want him anymore. I was only supposed to foster Fred until he found his forever home. But my family and I fell in love with him and decided the best place for him was with us, our two older dogs, and our guinea pig.

After the passing of my older dogs, both of which were rescues as well, we decided to adopt a puppy to be a companion to Fred who missed his older sisters. So a few months, Gunner (now 7 months) joined the family.
