I’m thrilled to be participating in Penguin Plunge 2026, a fundraiser supporting Humane Society of Harrisburg Area! I’m passionate about this cause and need your help! Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.

As many of you know, I spend a lot of time fostering cats and kittens—especially the ones who come straight off the streets and need immediate medical care just to get healthy and feel safe again. What most people don’t see is the cost behind that care.

And here’s the truth: without the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, I simply wouldn’t be able to foster as many cats as I do. They provide crucial support that covers the expensive essentials—medical treatments, vaccines, medications, supplies, and everything it takes to give these animals a real chance.

Every cat that comes into my home has a story, and almost all of them arrive needing help right away. The Humane Society makes that possible. They’re the reason so many of these cats get a shot at recovery, stability, and eventually a forever home.
