REGISTRATION FEES

The Registration Fee is $30.00 per participant if registering on or before December 30.

The Registration Fee is $35.00 per participant if registering on December 31 or January 1.

ALL participants MUST register either online or in-person AND check-in to receive a wristband to gain access to the Swim Area!

2026 PENGUIN SWIM SHIRTS

Participants who register online on or before December 10 will be guaranteed an official 2026 AGH Penguin Swim short-sleeve t-shirt.

Shirts for participants who register online after December 10 or in-person on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day will be available while supplies last.

CYBER SWIM

Unable to Attend? No Problem!
You Can Still Participate in the Cyber Swim

Register online then take an ice-cold dip wherever you are and post a photo or video of your personal Penguin Swim on social media using #OCPenguinSwim. Make sure your post is PUBLIC so we can see it! Find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!

There is an additional $10.00 fee per participant to register for the Cyber Swim to cover the cost of mailing shirts and wristbands.

Join Us on New Year’s Day for the 32nd Annual Penguin Swim!

The 32nd Annual Penguin Swim is set for Thursday, January 1, 2026 and will take place once again on the beach at The Princess Royale Oceanfront Hotel at 91st Street & the Ocean in Ocean City, Maryland!

Get ready to dunk your penguin tail in the frigid waters of the Atlantic Ocean to support our community’s Healthcare Heroes!

The Penguin Swim is a fun, annual event to support our not-for-profit community hospital. Each year, hundreds of Penguins raise funds to help the hospital provide the excellent quality care our community depends on.

Individual and Team fundraising efforts by Penguin Swim participants enable Atlantic General to continue to provide that care, but they can’t do it alone! Business sponsors help make the event a great success as the Penguin Swim is one of our largest fundraisers in support of Atlantic General Hospital’s mission to provide a coordinated care system with access to quality care, personalized service and education to create a healthy community.

All proceeds benefit Atlantic General Hospital Foundation. AGH is a 501c3 organization, gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
