Hi! My name is Thumper and I’m hopping in PetsWALK to find some bunny to love.

My mom came to Kitsap Humane Society, where it wasn’t long before they realized she was pregnant with a litter of oh-so-adorable bunnies, including me!

Thanks to the care of a cool foster family, I was able to grow big and strong. It was there I discovered my love of leafy greens - boy, am I obsessed! Now, I’m a big bunny boy who’s ready to make new friends, explore, and do lots of puzzles!

The nice humans who work at Kitsap Humane Society are really great. They are so busy caring for us animals, and they're also taking care of the community by providing pet food and support! I am so grateful for the foster program, which is full of amazing people who are able to care for ill or injured animals, pets who are stressed by being in a kennel, or young animals who come to the shelter with or without a mom - just like me!

So, I’m asking for your help! I signed up to hop at PetsWALK so I can help the humans that have loved me at Kitsap Humane Society. Your donation to this virtual event will help them care for me and the other animals until we get adopted. 

Here’s how some of your money can be used:

• $30 - Provides lifesaving vaccinations to 5 shelter pets
• $50 - Provides microchips for 5 shelter pets
• $100 - Helps cover the cost of a wound repair for an injured dog or cat
• $250 - Helps support a diabetic pet for the duration of their stay
• $500 - Helps cover the cost of transporting 10 at-risk pets from partner shelters
• $1,000 - Helps cover the cost of raising a litter of orphaned kittens from birth to adoption
