1 Sponsor

The Project Fire Buddies Corvette Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Project Fire Buddies, Inc., 7220 194th Street, Tinley Park, Illinois 60487 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Chevrolet, General Motors, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social-media platform used to promote it.

2 Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of one of the 45 eligible states, are physically located within an eligible jurisdiction when entering, and are at least 21 years old. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories and possessions, and any jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted are not eligible.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: (a) paid staff of Project Fire Buddies, Inc.; (b) children of those paid staff members, including biological, adopted, and stepchildren, regardless of age or residence; and (c) any individual responsible for organizing, managing, conducting, or administering any part of the Sweepstakes, including processing entries, conducting the drawing, selecting the winner, or verifying eligibility.

Other chapter members, volunteers, supporters, and relatives may participate provided they do not fall within these excluded categories and meet all other eligibility requirements. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residence, and eligibility.

3 Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 22, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s designated computer is the official timekeeping device. All online entries must be received before the Sweepstakes Period ends. Mail-in entries must meet the requirements and deadline in Section 15.

4 How to Enter

An eligible person may enter through the optional donation method described below or the free mail-in method described in Section 15. All entries, across both methods combined, are subject to a maximum of 25 entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Attempts to exceed the limit through multiple names, addresses, email accounts, identities, devices, payment methods, or other means may void all associated entries.

Donation Method of Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible person may make an optional charitable donation through the Project Fire Buddies Corvette Sweepstakes webpage. 5 Entry Integrity

Automated, scripted, mechanically reproduced, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, or fraudulent entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant whose conduct disrupts the Sweepstakes, tampers with an entry process, violates these Official Rules, or undermines fairness. Sponsor will treat free and donation-associated entries equally in the drawing. Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration and eligibility are final, subject to applicable law.

Any person who knowingly supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, uses multiple identities or accounts to evade the entry limit, or otherwise violates these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain the prize will be disqualified and will forfeit any claim to the prize. Sponsor may refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

The vehicle is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, without any warranty by Sponsor except any warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed. Actual value may differ from the stated approximate retail value; no cash or other compensation will be provided for any difference. No cash alternative is available. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control and substitution is permitted by law.

7 Taxes and Vehicle Transfer

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for title, registration, license, insurance, emissions or safety inspection, transportation, delivery, storage, and other costs associated with accepting, registering, transporting, or using the vehicle, unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in writing. The winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete IRS Form W-9 and any required tax or transfer documents before delivery. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or another required information return for the prize’s fair market value.

The winner must obtain legally required insurance before taking possession and must retrieve the vehicle from Project Fire Buddies, Inc., 7220 194th Street, Tinley Park, Illinois 60487, within 30 days after written notice, unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Sponsor will provide good and transferable title, subject to completion of all required winner documents.

8 Winner Selection and Odds

On December 23, 2026, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, Sponsor or an independent administrator will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection regardless of entry method. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries held by an entrant and the total number of eligible entries received.

9 Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with the entry promptly following the drawing and, in any event, within 15 days after selection, and must respond within 48 hours. The potential winner must timely complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability and publicity release where lawful, IRS Form W-9, vehicle-transfer documents, and any other documents reasonably required to confirm eligibility and complete lawful transfer. The potential winner will not be confirmed as the winner until all required documents have been timely completed and returned. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond or submit documents on time, is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing.

10 Publicity and Privacy

Except where prohibited, or where the winner’s employer’s policies restrict such use (e.g., a public-safety employer’s endorsement restrictions), execution of the required publicity release constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, voice, and prize information for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation. Entry information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants about the Sweepstakes, comply with law, and as described in Sponsor’s posted privacy policy. Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages. Any marketing consent must be separate, optional, and may not affect eligibility or odds.

11 Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and the other Sweepstakes-related entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or transfer of the prize, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of any such released party, except claims that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be waived, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits Sponsor from limiting.

12 Administration Changes and Force Majeure

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, typographical or printing error, natural disaster, governmental action, or another event that corrupts or materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion and to the extent permitted by law, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may limit the drawing to eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken or proceed in another manner Sponsor determines is fair and equitable under the circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, network, internet, website, or electronic-transmission failures; unavailable or interrupted connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected transmissions or entries; unauthorized human intervention; or typographical, printing, administrative, or human errors in Sweepstakes materials. This limitation does not excuse Sponsor from awarding the prize as stated when the Sweepstakes can be completed fairly, and it does not limit any responsibility that applicable law does not permit Sponsor to disclaim.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAW. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON AND SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13 Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois. This provision does not deprive an entrant of non-waivable rights or remedies available under the law of the entrant’s state of residence.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between an entrant and Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Sweepstakes, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Official Rules.

14 Winner List and Rules Requests

For the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to “Project Fire Buddies Corvette Sweepstakes Winner List,” 7220 194th Street, Tinley Park, Illinois 60487. Requests must be received by March 22, 2027. Vermont residents may omit return postage. These Official Rules will remain available on the Project Fire Buddies Corvette Sweepstakes webpage throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least 90 days afterward.

15 Free Mail-In Entry Instructions

To enter without making a purchase or donation, place a sheet of paper inside a 6-by-9-inch envelope. The sheet must legibly include all of the following:

  • Your legal first and last name.
  • Your complete residential address, including city, state, and ZIP code.
  • Your cell phone number.
  • Your date of birth.
  • Your email address

Each envelope must contain its own complete entry request with all required information. Mail each envelope with sufficient postage to:

Project Fire Buddies Corvette Sweepstakes Free Entry Project Fire Buddies, Inc. 7220 194th Street Tinley Park, Illinois 60487

Each free mail-in entry request must be submitted in a separate 6-by-9-inch envelope with sufficient postage. Limit one entry request per envelope. Each valid request receives one entry. To receive 25 free entries, an eligible person must submit 25 valid requests in 25 separately mailed envelopes, subject to the combined limit of 25 entries per person across free mail-in and donation-associated entries for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in requests must be mailed during the Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor no later than December 22, 2026. A postmark by that date alone does not satisfy the receipt deadline. Allow sufficient time for postal delivery. Requests received after the deadline are ineligible.

No online entry form, social-media follow or comment, or marketing consent is required for mail-in entry. No entry fee or donation to Sponsor is required. Entrants are responsible for their own envelope and postage.

All mail-in entries are subject to the eligibility, entry-integrity, and other requirements of these Official Rules. Sponsor will include all valid, timely mail-in entries in the same drawing as donation-associated entries. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection regardless of entry method.
