In Memory of Leslie Croson and William (Frank) Croson

Walking together toward a cure.

Leslie lived with pulmonary fibrosis (PF), and William was deeply committed to supporting the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) in her honor. We walk to continue what they cared about most: raising awareness, supporting families, and moving closer to a cure.

The PFF Walk welcomes everyone, patients living with PF or interstitial lung disease (ILD), lung transplant recipients, caregivers, family members, friends, and healthcare professionals. This event celebrates your strength, your stories, and our shared mission to end PF.

We are proud to raise funds and awareness for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, and we invite you to join us.
