The Fitch for All Initiative has made Camp Fitch an amazing place for longer than I have been alive.  Camp Fitch houses numerous incredible activities like water skiing, horseback riding, rock climbing, zip lines, boating, a beautiful beach, and many more.  Up keep on these facilities does make the cost of a week at camp outside the budget of many families.  The Fitch for All Initiative allows kids of all economic backgrounds the ability to attend camp and experience so many things new and exciting.

I went to Camp Fitch for many weeks as a child sleeping in cabins with kids from many different backgrounds and even countries than mine.  I feel strongly becoming friends with kids (many of which I am still friends as adults) with different skin tones or home lives improved my life just as much as learning to water ski. 

Camp Fitch creates a brilliant mixture of personalities in a cabin that allows every camper to leave behind the insecurities of home and be a special creative person.  I had little confidence in my boring suburban school, but when I went to camp, I was able to flourish and make friends easily.  This did a lot for my mental health growing up.  It would mean so much to me if you could help offer that same experience to a child that lacks the cash to get their on their own.
