Start your New Year with a chill that warms hearts!
On January 1, 2027, join hundreds of brave plungers at Easton’s Beach (First Beach) in Newport for A Wish Come True’s 23rd Annual Polar Plunge Challenge. Every dollar raised helps grant heartfelt wishes for local children with life-threatening illnesses.
Among those children is 9-year-old Grace from North Kingstown, who has faced medical challenges since birth and lives with an immune system disorder. Grace loves Harry Potter and dreams of visiting the Wizarding World at Universal Studios with her family. This trip would give her a much-needed break from doctor appointments and the chance to simply enjoy being a kid. Every dollar raised through the Polar Plunge helps A Wish Come True bring wishes like Grace's to life.
Whether you’re plunging solo, joining a team, or cheering from the shore, your participation helps grant magical wishes for families right here in Rhode Island, Southeastern and Central Massachusetts, and Eastern Connecticut.
HOW IT WORKS: PLUNGE REGISTRATION
Every dollar raised supports children with life-threatening illnesses, and participants have until January 1, 2027 to raise $100 for an EXCLUSIVE Polar Plunge coffee tumbler and $500 for a EXCLUSIVE VIP backpack too, with follow-up after that date to redeem your incentives.
