The Potter League’s Heart & Sole Walk is Newport County’s largest pet-friendly event and the largest dog walk in the state of RI. October 20th marks our 30th annual Heart & Sole Walk where 500+ owners and their pups will participate in a fun-filled day while raising money for homeless animals at the Potter League.
The Walk features many festivities for the entire family to enjoy including pet contests, dog obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, exhibitors, a “Flea-less Marketplace”, music, refreshments, drawings and more. The scenic 1 or 1.5-mile Walk kicks off at 12:00 noon.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 for the animals and we need your help to do it! Being involved in the Walk sends a strong message that you (your company and/or employees) care about the health and welfare of the animals in our community.
The Heart and Sole Walk for the Animals is a unique opportunity to promote your business, build good will by associating yourself with a very popular Newport County non-profit organization, and gain recognition with an audience receptive to your products and message.
