Meet Emmy, a 9-year-old mixed breed dog that was adopted from the Potter League in November of 2017. Her best friend, Katie, is a second year veterinary student, and Emmy is an excellent study buddy. She takes her job of enforcing study breaks for walks, pets, and snacks very seriously. In her free time, Emmy’s favorite hobbies include sniffing, watching the wild bunnies in her yard, going for walks and car rides, and being a couch potato. Emmy lives in Massachusetts, but enjoys frequent trips to Newport where she loves to explore the Cliff Walk, climb the rocks at Brenton Point, and run along Third Beach.

Emmy is tremendously grateful to the Potter League for helping her find her fur-ever family. After traveling across many states to find them, she is spoiled endlessly like she deserves. Emmy is very proud to be the face of this year’s Heart and Sole Walk for the Animals, because she knows that the money raised from this event will help countless more Potter League pets find loving homes where they can be just as happy as her.
