When you participate as a marketplace vendor, you’ll reach hundreds of animal lovers and their canine companions who will come together to raise funds for the Potter League and enjoy a fun-filled virtual community day at Ft. Adams State Park on Sunday October 16. Registration opens, and fundraising begins on August 23. 

The Heart & Sole Walk is our largest fall fundraiser, and our goal is to raise $100,000 through peer-to-peer donations and sponsorships. By participating in the Heart & Sole Walk for the Animals as a vendor, your company will have the opportunity to connect with hundreds of Rhode Island and Massachusetts individuals and families and help thousands of animals in need at the same time! We anticipate 30+ vendors and sponsors in the Flea-less Market, so sign up early! 

Please download and review the vendor form prior to signing up online. You can purchase your specific level of participation online or fill out the vendor form and email or mail it to the Potter League with your payment. If you have any questions, please email SusanR@Potterleague.org.

Please return the completed registration form and logo no later than September 27, 2022 to Development Manager Susan Ryan at SusanR@potterleague.org or mail to: Potter League Heart & Sole Walk for Animals  –  87 Oliphant Lane Middletown, RI 02842. If you mail in the form, please email your logo to Susan Ryan. If you prefer to pay online, you can access our Walk for Animals site after August 26. All payments must be received by October 1 to be included in the Flea-less Market. Fees are non-refundable.

Sponsors and vendors may only use the Potter League logo with the express written permission of the Potter League. Potter League reserves the right to remove, decline, or prohibit any vendor or sponsor that, in its opinion, is not suitable to or in keeping with the character of the Heart & Sole Walk for Animals.
