Tessa was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome 4 years ago. This upcoming February I will be lacing up for my 3rd Disney Princess Half Marathon!! I made the decision to run because she can't. Running is hard, fundraising is harder, but I will continue to do both until she can. Nothing is as hard as what she goes through. The possibility of treatments for Rett Syndrome, maybe even a cure, are so close - they will be here in Tessa's lifetime. And I am making sure I am doing everything in my power to contribute. Thank you for helping us get there.
