Now, significant cuts to federal victim-services funding threaten the resources that help make this work possible.

But the need isn't going away.

Survivors will still call our Hopeline. They will still need forensic care, safety planning, counseling, court advocacy, outreach, and help rebuilding their lives. Families facing crisis will still walk through our doors.

With our community’s support, ECLI-VIBES can continue providing safety, advocacy, and resources to survivors.

That's why we're building a movement of 100 Community Champions—people who believe survivors deserve somewhere to turn and are willing to bring their own communities together to help protect these services.
