Over the weekend, I completed my Covid "virtual" Missoula Half Marathon.  Instead of pounding pavement for 13.1 miles, I decided to do a 19.5 mile trail run up to Stuart Peak in the Rattlesnake Wilderness in Missoula.  Here's some evidence:
