When and where is packet pickup?

We highly recommend picking up your race packet before race day.

What's included in my packet?

Your packet includes your race bib, Race for Life T-shirt and swag bag. Participants who registered by August 26 were guaranteed a T-shirt.

If you registered after August 26, we strongly encourage you to attend packet pickup. Remaining T-shirts will be available while supplies last.

Can someone else pick up my packet?

Yes! Please contact us ahead of time at events@allyfe.org or 702-982-0714 and let us know the name of the person who will be picking it up for you.

What if I can't attend packet pickup?

You can pick up your race bib on race morning beginning at 6:45 AM. Please keep in mind that T-shirts are not guaranteed at race-day pickup.

Where should I park?

Parking at Cornerstone Park is FREE. There will be a farmers market happening on the south side of the parking lot on race morning. We recommend arriving early and parking in the north parking lot.

Is the 5K timed?

Yes. The 5K is timed; the 1-mile walk is not. 5K participants should make sure their race bib is clearly visible for accurate timing.

Important for 5K runners: If you begin the 5K but decide not to finish it—or decide to switch to the 1-mile walk—please tell our starting line/timing team.

This allows us to remove you from the 5K timing results and helps ensure our official race results and awards are accurate.

What are the 5K age divisions?

Awards will be given to the top three male and female 5K finishers in each division:

• 11 & Under
• 12–17
• 18–29
• 30–49
• 50–64
• 65+

Awards begin at 9:00 AM.

Are there fundraising awards?

Yes! Custom prize packages will be awarded to our:

Top Fundraising Individual
Top Fundraising Group
Top Fundraising Youth Group

Fundraising can continue through the conclusion of the event, but fundraising totals used to determine our prize winners will be finalized at 7:45 AM on race morning. Make sure your donations are submitted before then if you want them counted toward your award total!

What is Race for Life BINGO?

Don't leave right after you cross the finish line!

Grab a Race for Life BINGO card and visit the booths throughout our Sponsor Village. Complete your BINGO card for a chance to win a prize!

Our Sponsor Village & Post-Race Party will be open from 8:15–10:00 AM.

Are there water stations?

Yes! There will be four water stations along the 5K route and two water stations along the 1-mile route.

Will there be food after the race?

Yes! Food and beverages will be available after the race for registered participants and volunteers.

Please keep your race bib visible—you'll need to show it to receive food and beverages.

Can my family and friends come?

Absolutely! Family and friends are welcome to come cheer you on and enjoy the event.

Please remember that post-race food and beverages are reserved for registered participants and volunteers.

Are strollers and dogs allowed?

Yes! Strollers and dogs are welcome.

Please do not bring bikes or scooters onto the race course.

Is the course accessible?

Yes. The course takes place on sidewalk.

What should I bring?

Come prepared for a morning outdoors! We recommend:

• Comfortable running or walking shoes
• Sunscreen
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Your race bib
• Anything else you personally need for an outdoor morning at the park

Most importantly, wear your race bib clearly and visibly.

Can I still register on race day?

Yes! Race-day registration will be available from 6:45–7:45 AM.

Race-day registration is:

5K — $65
1-Mile Walk — $10

T-shirts are not guaranteed for race-day registrants and will only be available if extras remain.

What happens if it rains?

Race for Life is a rain-or-shine event.

If weather or another circumstance requires a change to the event, we will communicate updates through email and Allyfe Pregnancy Clinic's social media channels.

What happens after the race?

Stick around and celebrate with us!

Enjoy the Sponsor Village & Post-Race Party, food and beverages, Race for Life BINGO, photo booth, chair massages, cooldown, awards and The Littlest Race for Life.

- Individual: Every registered participant is automatically entered into the Individual Fundraising Competition for a chance to win a customized prize package!

- General Team: Teams representing families, companies, churches, or community groups are automatically entered into the Team Fundraising Competition for a chance to win a customized prize package!

- Youth/Young Adult Team: Members of Youth and Young Adult teams will compete for the Eternal Trophy, awarded to the top fundraising team, along with a customized prize package!

2) Choose 5K Runner or 1 Mile Walker—the sooner you register, the better to get the best price and to give people ample time to donate!

3) Set a fundraising goal and personalize your own page and share a story and pictures of why this cause is important to you.

4) Fundraise by emailing/texting/sharing on social media to friends, family, and colleagues. Use our Fundraising Toolkit to help you spread the word!

5) Follow the Allyfe Pregnancy Clinic on Facebook and Instagram and share our posts so that people become familiar with what we do.
