Join Arlington’s funnest nonprofit with a serious mission — and help us serve more youth through bikes, skills, and career pathways.

Phoenix Bikes is more than bikes — it’s a place where youth build, ride, and lead.

We offer one of Arlington’s few hands-on youth development pathways — where kids gain real-world skills, leadership experience, and early career readiness, all in a community built on bikes and mentorship.

But demand is outpacing capacity:

⚠️ 40 youth to 1 staff in the shop
⚠️ 100 youth to 1 staff in the field

Right now, we are stretched too thin — and already having to limit how many youth we can serve.

At the same time, like many small nonprofits, we are facing a critical budget gap this year.

Our goal is to raise $80K through Raise + Ride — but we know the real need is closer to $100K if we are going to serve every youth who is ready to build, ride, and lead with us.

Your support will help us:

Keep core programs fully running this year
Reach more youth across the community with flexible mobile programming
Lay the groundwork for future growth — including a second location

Without this support, we will have to make hard choices about what programs we can sustain — and how many kids we can say yes to.
