Time to Get Up and Get in Shape!

21 Days and Counting!

Experts tell us it takes 21 days to make a habit! So with the 21 days in the Red Shoe Relay, I vow to get up and get in shape. No more letting anything keep me from achieving this goal! 

My activity goal is to get moving for a minimum of 30 minutes a day and to burn at least 400 calories a day and my fundraising goal for the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth is $250.
