REJEWVENATION OCTOBER 13-16, 2022

IT'S REJEWVENATION'S 18TH YEAR!

Please join us in bringing the light and youthful enthusiasm of your 18-year-old self to our CHAI CELEBRATION!  Tell a funny story to highlight “If I’d only known then what I know now,” and share hopes and ideas for how to make the world better for today’s 18-year-old women.

ReJewvenation is a weekend getaway for all women 21-101 years young! Step away from everyday responsibilities to kick up your feet and focus on recharging your mind, body, and soul. Join us to connect with friends new and old at our peaceful lakeside retreat.

At ReJewvenation, Jewish Traditions are experienced through the lens of shared values so everyone can connect meaningfully with its warmth, regardless of spiritual background or level of observance.

We’ve all grown up, including BB Camp, and gone are the days of “roughing it”! Instead of trekking to the shower house, each of our beautiful ADA-accessible cabins is heated and equipped with full bathrooms. Instead of choking down “bug juice,” at ReJewvenation, you’re invited to sip a glass of rose with your meal. And instead of being on a counselor’s set schedule, you’re free to be as active or relaxed as you wish, choosing from a myriad of options, some of which include: Mah Jongg, arts & crafts, paddle boarding, kayaking, yoga, getting a massage, soaking in the hot tub, or just tucking into that book that’s been collecting dust on your nightstand!

What makes this weekend even more special?  We’re doing it all for a great cause!

In addition to having fun relaxing, learning from one another and trying new things, we focus on giving back by raising vital funds to support B'nai B'rith Camp.

BB Camp's Overnight and Day Camps provide outstanding programming for children ages 5-17 and are open to the entire community.  Campers increase resiliency through immersive exploration and develop problem-solving, character, leadership, and social skills.  Through the generosity of ReJewvers past and present, countless children have come to BB Camp to discover themselves, learn new skills, embrace their Jewish identity, and build friendships that will last a lifetime.

COVID-19 Mitigating Protocols for BB Camp Year-Round Programs

The health and safety of our camp community are our highest priority.  BB Camp continues to follow guidelines provided by the Oregon Health Authority and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

  • All participants, staff, and providers are required to be fully up-to-date vaccinated against COVID-19 and may be required to attest to or show proof of vaccination.
  • Anyone seeking a medical exemption must contact mkoplan@bbcamp.org for a Medical Exemption Request Form.  The Form must be submitted with a signed letter by an allopathic or osteopathic physician, advanced practice registered nurse (e.g., nurse practitioner), or physician’s assistant supporting the request.  Requests for medical exemption will be reviewed by the BB Camp Chief Executive Officer, or designee, and a representative from the BB Camp Wellness Committee
  • A COVID-19 test (rapid antigen or PCR) may be required prior to and/ or upon arrival at Camp.  Testing protocols will be distributed prior to the event.  If participants, staff, or providers test positive or presumptive positive prior to the event, they will not be allowed to come to the event.  If participants, staff, or providers test positive or presumptive positive during the event, they will be asked to leave immediately.
  • All participants, staff, and providers may be required to wear masks outside of their cabin/ living quarters groups.

Thank you for helping us keep our community safe!
