In May, Respect Missouri Voters collected and turned in a record number of signatures to get our citizen initiative on the Novermber 2026 Ballot to stop Missouri politicians from overturning initiatives passed by Missouri voters; require clear, fair ballot language that is not misleading; and ban Missouri politicians from attacking the process itself.

Now, Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins has unilaterally declared our citizen initiative unconstitutional and is refusing to certify the 367,000 signatures we submitted, despite the fact that his own office reviewed our petition and approved it for circulation last year.

Now is the time to fight this in court. We believe this is an attempt to subvert the will of the people and run out the clock to prevent Missourians from having the opportunity to vote on this measure.

Taking the Secretary of State to court requires significant resources. That's where you can help.
