Now, Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins has unilaterally declared our citizen initiative, for which I personally collected 1050 voter signatures, unconstitutional despite the fact that his own office reviewed our petition and approved it for circulation last year. And we collected over 360,000 signatures, turned them in for counting and ... nothing!
Our initiative deserves a vote! Missourians want fair and understandable ballot language. And we don't want our votes overturned by Jeff City politicians. Amendment 6, our Respect MO Voters amendment, would ensure just that!
Now is the time to save our petition. Taking the Secretary of State to court requires significant resources. That's where you can help.
