Anthony DePoto

A Danbury native with performance credits ranging from the Kennedy Center to Off-Broadway and screen projects, Anthony DePoto founded InnerACT Theatre in 2013 to help schools, teams, and organizations build communication, creativity, and connection through experiential workshops. He has led programs for institutions like Long Wharf Theatre and Horizons at Foote, and also serves as Head of TV/Film at the Norwalk Conservatory and co-founder of ERA Productions. With a background spanning performance, education, and creative leadership, Anthony brings a unique blend of expertise to every program he leads.

CJ Diaz

Carlos Javier “CJ” Diaz is a musician, educator, and worship leader. A proud product of the New Haven Public Schools music program, CJ spent three years teaching music in the classroom before transitioning into private music instruction - staying connected to classroom teaching as Horizons' summer music teacher! CJ is also deeply involved with his church, Iglesia Cristiana Estrella Resplandeciente de Jacob (Radiant Star of Jacob Christian Church) in New Haven, where he and his wife Becky serve together as Ministers of Music and Worship, leading and cultivating vibrant worship within their community.
