• Credit cards are required to bid. Bidders must provide credit card information to register. Visa/Mastercard/Discover are accepted, but not American Express.
• The online auction ends at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021.
• The online auction is open to the public. Bidders do not need to be present at the Risotto Festival on Nov. 14, 2021 to win*. 
• The physical items will be featured at the Risotto Festival, as well as photos and descriptions on the non-physical items.
• The highest bid present at the time of the closing of the auction will constitute as the winning bid and will automatically be “checked out” using the card on file.
• A winning bid in the auction is a legally binding agreement. Successful bidders are required to pay for all items in full at the conclusion of the auction event.
• Gift certificates and physical items will be available for pickup at the close of the Risotto Festival or can be arranged for pickup at the Second Servings office*.
• Receipt of all charges will automatically be emailed at the close of the auction.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on any items. If an item is not used before the expiration date, Second Servings is not responsible for replacing the item or extending the date.
• Trip arrangements, air or ground transportation and booking are subject to availability and to be agreed upon with the donors, unless specifically noted that Second Servings will handle. 
• Taxes and gratuities are not included unless specifically noted.
• Shipping costs are not included. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the winner.

*Excluding the Glass Sculpture. This item must be picked up at the end of the Risotto Festival on Sunday, Nov. 14.
