ELIZABETH RICHARDS

Elizabeth Richards is the Director of Hostage Advocacy and Research at the James W. Foley Legacy Foundation. A United States Air Force veteran, she served as the Hostage Mission Manager at Fort Meade, Maryland. As an adjunct university professor, she taught behavioral statistics and research methods. In private sector research, Richards conducted qualitative research projects. She holds master’s degrees in National Security Studies from American Military University and Clinical Psychology from Towson University.
