TOMEU VADELL

Mr. Vadell has over 35 years of experience in the oil refining industry. His career at CITGO Petroleum Corporation extended over two decades, during which he held several positions, including Vice President of Refining and, Vice President and General Manager of the Lake Charles Refinery.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
