On June 26th I will be running the Missoula Marathon for the FIRST TIME EVER~! I am turning 40 in early June and this will be my first full road race. I have done 5 half marathons, the Blue Mountain 30k and made a run at the RUT! I am going to join a team of folks that are running for a really important cause, Youth Homes of Missoula.
Youth Homes is a local non profit organization and each day they care for over 300 kids and families in crisis in Western Montana. Funds are needed to help provide child and family counseling, foster care and adoption programs, family support services and group home care. There are so many displaced children in Missoula due to abuse and neglect and Youth Homes are the ones that step in to help. Please consider making a donation to this very important cause.
