1. Show us your grind
Must post a photo + your results on Facebook and/or Instagram

2. Make it official
Drop your results in your post, your stories, and/or in the comments of the Ruck UP for the Regiment event page.

3. Beat the clock
Start Tracking on May 23rd at 12:00 AM. All results must be in by 11:59 PM on Monday, May 25th

4. Winners announced
Get ready… we’re calling the Winner names on Tuesday, May 26th

A couple things to know:

Distance = total miles rucked
Rack up those miles—every step counts!

Tie? We settle it the fun way
Same distance = names go into a drawing.
