Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City (RMHC-KC) is an official charity partner of the 2022 Kansas City Marathon, half, 10k and 5k events. Join this passionate team of runners helping to keep families with ill or injured children together during their medical treatment in Kansas City.

Registering on this platform does not officially register you for the race but upon registering with Team RMHC Kansas City, you will be provided with:

A code for free race entry in your choice of the KC marathon, half, 10k OR 5k
An official team running shirt
Customizable donation and fundraising page to make it easy for family and friends to keep track of your journey and show you their support.
Tips and resources to help you meet and exceed your fundraising goal.
Team RMHC Kansas City hospitality tent which includes a private gear check, post-race snacks and beverages and other race amenities… more details coming!

Fundraising commitments are determined by the race distance and must be met but September 30th to participate in the event.

Full Marathon: $1,000
Half Marathon: $750
10k: $500
5k: $250

Make a world of difference to a family with a sick kid and alleviate the worry and expense of finding a close, comfortable and affordable place for a family to stay while their child receives the medical care they need.
This is Kansas City’s largest and most exciting annual race event and it gives runners a tour of the city’s most beautiful landmarks and cool neighborhoods, including the World War I Memorial, the Country Club Plaza, the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, Waldo, Westport, 18th & Vine and more.
All runners will receive a Kansas City Marathon branded participant shirt, finisher’s medal, FREE downloadable race photos, FREE food, beer and massages at the Finish Line Festival.
