Celebration Restaurant Group, LLC is one of the largest Yum! Brands domestic franchisees. We proudly own and operate 169 restaurants in the southeastern and midwestern US and employ approximately 4,000 team members. We own 102 dine-in and delivery Pizza Huts in central Florida, including metro Orlando, Ocala, Gainesville, and Brevard and Volusia counties; and 31 Pizza Huts in metro Cincinnati, including nearby Indiana and Kentucky. These Pizza Huts operate under our CFL Pizza, LLC subsidiary. Our 33 Taco Bells are located in metro Orlando and Savannah. The Taco Bells operate under our Bravo Foods, LLC subsidiary. The KFC restaurants are all located in central Florida and operate under our FLG Chicken, LLC subsidiary. Founded by Darren T. Sugiyama and Jeffrey K. Faine, Lionsmark Capital offers unique Premium Financing lending parameters to high net worth clients looking finance their life insurance premiums. Lionsmark Capital works in partnership with independent brokers, life insurance agents, investment advisors, insurance carriers, BGAs and banks to arrange premium financing solutions for their clients. Our lending parameters are extremely unique and offer clients premium financing loans, non-recourse to the borrower. In addition, there are no personal guarantor requirements and there are no additional outside collateral requirements either, making the loan underwriting process much less cumbersome and intrusive than traditional premium financing. Many agents and advisors are under the grand illusion that the "relationship" is the determining factor in a client moving forward with premium financing. Nothing could be further from the truth. Perhaps the initial interest is generated based on a trusted relationship, and in some cases, the client will proceed with the premium financed policy purchase because of this trust.
