Why Veritas is more than just a school

Hello everybody, my name is Kevin Fu, and I am currently a 6th grader at Veritas. Why I think Veritas is an amazing school and basically my second home is because not only do they pursue excellence through love and reasoning, they also create a safe learning environment where kids are educated and learn about the Bible. When you spend time with your classmates, they honestly don't fell like classmates anymore. They are more like family. Every year, the entire middle school goes to Camp Hume for a retreat. And I can tell you, spending three days with my classmates just laughing, learning, playing, bonding, and even eating together is an experience I will never, ever forget. Veritas is not just a school, it is a community of kids and teachers who are all share one passion: pursuing what is right and godly and influencing others around them in a positive and welcoming way. These are the very unique people that make up this amazing place. Donating to this school not only makes Veritas a better place, it is a gift to the next and future generations, making it possible for them to go to a school that is full of God's love. Even donating a dollar would bring us closer to our goal.
