Hey everyone!  
My beautiful mother and best friend passed away in November 2016 after a very long and courageous fight against breast cancer.  I was first introduced to the Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative (see below for more info about WBCI) last year when I accepted an award on her behalf. I wanted to participate in the 5K Run and Fun in honor of my mom and others who we've lost, and also in support of the fighter, survivors and caretakers. Thanks to Shea for suggesting we form a Thrive Tribe Team!! ?

WBCI is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization that aims to increase breast cancer awareness and prevention by raising funds granted into local programs in Wyoming with an emphasis on increasing breast health education, financially assisting breast cancer screenings, facilitating patient navigation, and promoting survivor services. 

Through fundraising efforts across the state, proceeds remain in Wyoming to grant into eligible, local Wyoming programs.
