Hello Everyone,
I am working with Service Master of the TriCities as they are helping to raise funds for the Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center substance abuse & HIV/AIDS care services. Personal care items for clients and their children in need. Offering soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and other toiletries not covered by food stamps. This is a vital service for their clients and children who are on fixed incomes. Naloxone kits to save the life of someone who has suffered an overdose . We can then work to get them into life-saving treatment. Transportation assistance to substance use treatment appointments for clients in financial need. Client support/educational groups for the clients of the AIDS care program. Education on HIV/AIDS, medication adherence, managing medication side effects, and stress management. Emergency fund for AIDS care clients who are experiencing an unexpected financial emergency. HIV prevention education and testing at 10 locations in our community to helps stop the spread of HIV/AIDS. Comfort care packages for children of clients in need including a snack, blanket and book, water bottle, and a toy.
Help me help families in need. Substance abuse affects so many people and any help for those in need is greatly appreciated.
