About Chris
Chris Vallee is a longtime real estate professional, community leader, and cofounder of the Quarry Tap Room in Hallowell, Maine. Deeply committed to fostering connection and creativity, Chris launched Central Maine Idol in 2021 as a way to bring people together and reignite a sense of community throughout the region. In 2025, Chris expanded on that vision by creating Maine Teen Idol, opening the stage to showcase the next generation of Maine's rising stars.
Always greeting people with a broad smile and a friendly chat, Chris is full of energy and passion for life. You might see him on the Kennebec Rail Trail before 6 a.m. with his goldendoodle, Lady, or entertaining clients in one of Hallowell's many establishments.
Chris's interests vary from beautiful homes to gourmet food to music to traveling the world. Known for his taste and style, he is generous with friends and strangers alike. Chris also supports several nonprofits and charities, including as a member of the board of directors for the Sexual Assault Crisis & Support Center.
