Hi, I'm Otis. The chillest little dude you'll ever meet.

About a month ago, I was hanging out as a stray in Texas when I spotted an Animal Control Officer and thought, "Yep, that'll do." I hopped right into their car like I'd booked the ride myself. Next thing I knew, I was headed allll the way to Animal Friends Alliance in Fort Collins, Colorado.

I was pretty chill with that.

Then this random lady named Olivia showed up. Apparently she works there or something. She took me home, and suddenly I was living with four big doggos! Did I panic? Nope.

A little later, Dr. Amanda gave me a fancy nose job—not for the looks (though let's be honest, I am devastatingly handsome now), but to help me breathe better. Bonus: my snoot has never looked more photogenic. Then, I was personally selected to model for this Saving Pets Challenge fundraiser! Coincidence? I think not. They saw the new nose and knew they had a star on their paws.

I was pretty chill with that.

Then came the biggest plot twist of all...

Turns out Olivia wasn't fostering me because she was going to keep me. Nope. She was secretly flying me across the country as a surprise gift for her mom! She zipped me into a travel bag, carried me onto an airplane, and off we went.

I was pretty chill with that.

When we landed, the sweetest lady and gentleman scooped me up and said, "You're home."

I met my new dog brother and sister, claimed the sunniest spots in the house, perfected the art of professional snuggling, and discovered that snacks appear with alarming frequency around here.

Turns out every weird little adventure was leading me exactly where I was meant to be.

And you know what?

I'm pretty chill with that. ♡

Green Flags: 

• I'm pretty chill. (You probably picked up on that by now.)
• I do the cutest little mini zoomies when I get excited. They're about 37% zoom and 63% enthusiastic waddling.
• I'm not a picky eater. If it's edible, I'm interested. If it's not edible...I'm still considering it.
• I'm basically a professional model now, and I look outrageously good in a bomber jacket.

Red Flags:

• I snore 24/7. Sleeping, awake, contemplating life...there's always a soundtrack.
• I will follow you everywhere. Bathroom? Yep. Kitchen? Absolutely. Directly behind your heels? You bet. Tripping hazard? Also yes.
• I have to wear a diaper sometimes. Listen, nobody's perfect, and honestly, I pull it off better than most.
