Hello! My name is Elieana and I am raising funds for The Saving Pets Challenge: Pawfect Match, where every dollar helps cats and dogs find their pawfect matches! 

I’m fundraising for Animal Friends Alliance, a nonprofit that’s been saving lives and spreading love since 2006. What started as two separate rescues; Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic and Animal House Rescue and Grooming; paired up to become one in 2020. Now they’re an adoption-guarantee shelter and affordable spay/neuter clinic helping animals in Northern Colorado and beyond.

Since their humble beginnings, Animal Friends Alliance has found pawfect matches for over 50,000 dogs and cats, spayed and neutered more than 100,000 pets, and helped over 10,000 community cats live safely outdoors.

I’m helping them raise $217,000 during the Saving Pets Challenge, and I’d love your support. Whether it’s $5 or $500, your donation helps animals find homes, families, and second chances.

In 2025 and 2026, I found my best friends at Animal Friends Alliance. In 2025, I rescued Nadja, an orphan from Houston Texas. She was transferred to Animal Friends Alliance, where she was able to receive life saving treatment from our amazing vets. Through this, she and I found each other. The remarkable staff at Animal Friends Alliance put up with my countless calls and emails asking for help finding my perfect cat, and they did just that! It was this experience that inspired me to become an employee myself, and help others find their best friends like I did. After beginning my position, my wonderful co workers told me about a kitten we just got in. They knew I had been looking for a friend for Nadja, and they knew she was the cat for me. 

Now, Nadja, Twyla, and I are the purrfect family. All thanks to the phenomenal staff at Animal Friends Alliance.
