If you've ever been told you have a "resting worried face" despite having absolutely nothing to worry about, then we probably have something in common.
I'm Zola, a lanky Great Pyrenees/Dalmatian mix with long legs, a goofy personality, and an expression that makes it look like I'm constantly concerned about upcoming deadlines.
The truth is, I'm actually pretty happy.
Before finding my person, I was still figuring things out. The world is a big place when you're a young dog. Fortunately, I ended up with Dr. Tips, who quickly became my favorite human on the planet.
She never seems bothered by my awkwardness, my occasional lack of coordination, or the fact that I sometimes forget where all my legs are supposed to go. She just laughs, tells me I'm adorable, and keeps loving me anyway.
Which is exactly why I think she's the bomb.
One of the best parts of our life together is all the foster animals who come through our home. I've become a big foster sister to more cats and dogs than I can count. New puppy? Great. Nervous dog? Happy to help. Tiny kitten who thinks I'm suspicious? I'll give them space and wait for them to come around.
I genuinely love being part of a team that helps other animals feel safe.
I also happen to love my dog friends, adore my people, and get along wonderfully with cats. My social calendar is honestly exhausting.
Of course, no biography would be complete without mentioning my most unique talent.
My farts.
They're impressively loud for a dog my age. Sometimes they arrive without warning. Sometimes they interrupt important moments. Either way, they keep everyone humble.
Dr. Tips says I'm sweet, goofy, friendly, and endlessly lovable. I think she's pretty wonderful too.
Turns out being someone's pawfect match isn't about finding someone exactly like you.
Sometimes it's about finding someone who loves your goofy personality, your worried little face, your giant heart, and yes—even your occasional trumpet solo.
