Located in Torrington,CT, the SBAP supports victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  Anybody who reads the news and watches TV should be aware of the prevalence of these problems in our current world.  Sadly, government funding is decreasing.  The SBAP uses funds from our donors to protect anmd assist the victims.
