I've been a member of Thousand Waves since August 2014 and its become more than just a training space, its a home away from home, a place where one can tap into a part of themself thats independent of the outside world.
But, what makes Thousand Waves particularly special is the organizations dediation to empowerment programs such as those geared toward some of the more vulnerable members in society; the youth, the disabled, the elderly. The money raised through fundraising allows Thousand waves to make martial art training and practical self defense classes accessible to as many people as possible.
Its an honoarable mission that I want to contribute to, and I hope you can as well. Any dollar helps, and your compassion is greatly appreciated.
