Hello. My name is Akinwade Oyebanjo and I have been studying martial arts at Thousand Waves for twenty-two years. I started at the age of seven. This is not just an ordinary martial arts school, this is a community that is built on sincerity, love, respect, and equal equality for everyone as its foundation. Thousand Waves strengthens communities throughout the Chicago land area by facilitating outreach programs on violence prevention and self-defense workshops.
