Spirit Challenge

My name is Denise and I train at Thouand Waves Martial Arts and Self Defense Center.

This year our dojo is celebrating our 30th year anniversary. In celebration I am committing to raising $1000.00 dollars for my school. One of the main reasons I am committing to this goal is to help a program which is so dear to my heart. ASK (Adapted Seido Karate). We teach karate to kids with physical disabilities. All of the teachers are volunteers. It is so encouraging to see our students learn that they are worth defending. Check out this video of the ASK program:

i will also be participating in 25 rounds of Sparring, Kata Endurance, Super Circuit Fitness Challenge, Karate Boot Camp, and Board Breaking.
