This year, Thousand Waves is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and in recognition of this, I (and several others) have taken on the challenge of raising $3,000.  I’ve never raised so much, and I’m not sure if it’s an attainable goal, but I know this:  I know that my family and friends are some of the most awesome, giving, amazing people to walk this earth, and if anyone can do it, it will be you.  I’m very aware that this may be a challenge I’ve undertaken, but if I meet it, it will really be you who meets it.   I am humbled by your generosity.  Thank you so much.
