As many of you know by now, Thousand Waves Martial Arts and Self-Defense Center is much more than a Karate school.

Seido Karate is based on two older martial arts styles (Goju Ryu and Kyokushinkai) but here’s the best part: it’s a martial art for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or ability. Bring who you are and become part of the tradition.

Thousand Waves is a second home to hundreds of members. Everyone needs support during times of personal transition, but not everyone can afford to become a member at a place like Thousand Waves. No matter.
